I like using EmplomentCrossing. to .. Search jobs due to the fact that the site shows only j employment listings .. from employer career pages and no other advertisment. There are numerous advantages to finding jobs .. from employer career pages but the main ones are
• these are not advertised and receive fewer applications and
• (2) there is no middleman (recruiter) forwarding your resume to the employer and
• (3) there are more jobs on employer career pages than job boards.
• the job postings from direct employers is there

As a member of EmployementCrossing for the past one year, i had a good experience with this site. The experience which i gained so far from their dedicated service is what i would like to share now.
When i was little bit irritated by searching jobs from various sites and spend some $300 for job searches alone and lost. After all this happens, my friends recommends this employment crossing to me.
